One of the major features of the upcoming 1.4.3 patch is a new Live Event called Sigmar Tide. Not much is known about the event yet, but I did a little digging and found some potentially interesting information. It does look like we will be getting a new instance to go along with the event. When 1.4.2 came out, I took a peek at the data files and noticed an interesting addition. In the file with information about zones, there was a new entry at the bottom:

It seems a new zone, called Bright Wizard college was added. This shouldn't be confused with the existing College as it is listed earlier.
Of course, there is no context given for this new zone. Is it a scenario which takes places in the Bright Wizard College? Is it a PvE instance? It may even be the new 'Skirmish' instance we saw in the Development Discussions. We'll have to wait and see.
In the April Community Update, Mythic gave us a screenshot clue for Sigmar Tide.
Many guessed it was the Bright Wizard College. I went and visited the one on the live game and took a picture...
Sure looks like the same thing to me, just without the rising flame. This supports the information found in the files as well.
While we don't know a whole lot about what we'll be doing in Sigmar Tide, we shouldn't have to wait long to find out. The holiday takes place on the Summer Solstice which I believe is June 21st. The Community Update said 1.4.3 will be out in Late June, so it lines up nicely.
